Inverted oil plug valve

Work principle: pressure balance inverted oil seal cock valve, the plug is adjusted by the bolt in the lid of the valve, the sealant inject the valve from the end of the stem; in order to prevent the pressure from pushing the plug into the valve body, the end of the plug has a balance hole, and the balance hole in the small end of the valve plug can only go to the check valve at the end of the small end. It can make the pressure enter the cavity at both ends of the valve plug, and the seal of the valve is sealed by the sealant between the valve plug and the valve body.
Application: it is suitable for engineering pressure class CLASS150 - 900LB, PN10 - PN150, natural gas pipeline with working temperature -29 - 150 C.
