The structural principle of the dynamic discharge valve, the electrically operated upward discharge valve and the electric downward discharge valve are as follows:
The electric discharge valve is used for the energy saving valve in the application system of the reactor bottom or the cochlear furnace. It is made up of valve body, disc, stem, positioning screw, sealing ring, air travel mechanism or electric mounting mechanism. Its principle is that the valve stem pushes the valve flap up and down, so as to achieve the purpose of opening and closing. When the handwheel is turned, the stem is upwards, the valve is closed, the downward expansion is reversed when the handwheel is reversed, the stem is lowered, and the valve is closed.
The difference between the upper spreading discharge valve and the lower spreading discharge valve:
The discharge valve is mainly used for the bottom discharge material of the storage tank, the reaction kettle and other containers. The valve is connected to the bottom by the flange or butt welding and the equipment is located at the bottom, eliminating the residual phenomenon of the process medium usually in the container exit. According to the actual situation, it can be divided into three kinds of structural forms: upper spreading, downward spreading and plunger type; upper spreading type is used for reactor discharge with agitator (frame type anchorage); and the lower spreading type and plunger type are used for the reaction kettle of the frame type anchorage agitator. The sealing surface is resistant to erosion and corrosion resistant material, and the special treatment is carried out to make the surface hardness of HRC48 ~ 52. It has the function of high abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, which ensures the sealing reliability of the valve. Widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, dyestuff, food processing and other industries.

Working temperature (minimum temperature is -100 C, maximum temperature is 425 C).
